FF30 Table-top Filling and Capping Machine

The Flexicon FF30 semi-automatic filling and capping machine is ideal for flexible small scale production. The speed of the FF30 can be adjusted to match the working speed of the operator and liquids can be filled in volumes from 0.1ml to 100ml with +/-0.5% accuracy.

Offering a capacity up to 1200 bottles per hour (depending on filling volume and operator), and able to handle bottles between 12mm and 50mm in diameter, key application areas for the FF30 include the diagnostic industry, hospital pharmacies, R&D departments, essential oil manufacturers, cosmetics producers and general subcontract filling/finish companies.

The FF30 ensures clean production without risk of cross-contamination; a consistent cap torque prevents any leakage of liquid, while a bottle/cap change takes a maximum of five minutes, helping improving uptime and productivity.

The machine’s small footprint makes it ideal for use in laminar air flow units or bio-safety cabinets.
