Molded TPE Manifold Assemblies

Single-Use assemblies made from AdvantaFlex® biopharmaceutical grade TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) tubing and molded fittings eliminate processing risks such as leaks and contamination in biopharm and pharmaceutical applications. AdvantaFlex is sterile weldable and heat sealable, thus eliminating the need to splice silicone tubing sections into a process line, which can reduce operator errors. Tee, wye, cross, and reducer connections are available as well as hygienic union clamps and BioClosure® container closure systems. It meets USP Class VI, ISO and EP standards, provides excellent peristaltic pump life and does not contain animal-derived ingredients or silicone oils. AdvantaFlex assemblies are available with validated sterility assurance of 10-6 log reduction per ISO 11137 method VDmax and are made in USA.
