P.A.L.M. Microlaser Technologies and Carl Zeiss MicroImaging Merge

P.A.L.M. Microlaser Technologies (Bernried, Germany) merged with Carl Zeiss Micro-Imaging (Oberkochen, Germany). The combined company is called Carl Zeiss MicroImaging and is now the sole manufacturer of laser microdissection and micromanipulation systems using patent-protected laser microdissection and pressure-catapulting technology. The systems are used in biomedical and clinical research and in routine applications.
