Bristol-Myers Squibb. Bristol-Myers Squibb has substantially completed its new, $750-million multiproduct bulk biologics manufacturing facility in Devens, Massachusetts. The company plans to submit the site for regulatory approval in late 2011 or 2012, according to the company's 2010 SEC annual filling.
