Interphex Booth Number – 2443D

Visit booth 2443 to witness the collaboration between Schenck AccuRate, Sturtevant, Malvern and Powder Systems Ltd’s (PSL) recent release of a turnkey isolated milling suite. Named ARTMiS for Automated Real Time Milling System, the processing solution is housed inside PSL’s containment unit.

ARTMiS brings Sturtevant’s Micronizer® Jet Mill together with a Malvern Insitec particle size analyzer and the Schenck AccuRate PureFeed® AP-300 Screw Feeder for delivering a fully automated jet milling system. All three work in unison bringing accuracy in distribution, measurement, and feed rate for high value and/or highly potent materials.

In addition to the ARTMis system, Schenck AccuRate will also have its PureFeed DP-4 gravimetric feeder on display. The feeder can precisely handle feed rates from 20 to 2,000 grams.
