The manufacturer of glass, electronic displays, and chemical products will showcase fluorinated molecules for pharmaceutical products at the CPhI North America 2018 Exhibition.
On April 5, 2018, AGC Chemicals, a wholly owned subsidiary of Asahi Glass Company, announced that it will showcase advanced intermediates, fluorinated molecules that serve as building blocks for pharmaceutical products, at the CPhI North America Exhibition at booth 200. AGC also will feature its lines of fine micro-spherical silica gels for use in cosmetics, personal care, catalyst supports, and specialty applications.
According to AGC, its experience working with fluorine, chlorine, and iodine chemistries enables it to produce many hard-to-synthesize molecules in commercial scale. The company also provides contract development and manufacturing organization services for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical developers under cGMP conditions.
