FANUC Robot Enhances Cycles Per Second
FANUC’s M-1iA delta robot is designed for bottling lines with the capability of operating at 120 cycles per second.
FANUC’s M-1iA delta robot is designed for bottling lines with the capability of operating at 120 cycles per second. Program selections can be selected via robot controller, enabling ten variants of the bottle to be run on the system.
An integrated solution to enhance vision capabilities, iRVision, eliminates the need for third-party software. Another solution, iRVision 2D, includes part location, barcode reading, and anti-defect checking, while iRPickTool can be included for picking and placing bottles on conveyors.
