Syntegon is hosting their first virtual InHouse Event on June 22-24 to provide you with more insights on their latest innovations: Versynta Flexible Filling Platform (FFP) and Versynta microBatch!
2021 is Syntegon´s year of innovations. Accordingly, they developed a new portfolio for small and micro batch applications under the name Versynta. This portfolio combines two solutions for small and micro batch applications: Versynta Flexible Filling Platform (FFP) as the latest innovation and Versynta microBatch as a preview with the highest level of automation.
The new modular small batch solution Versynta FFP is based on pre-developed and tested modules that can be flexibly combined. This creates an individually configurable machine with an integratable isolator for filling aseptic and highly potent liquid active ingredients. The second innovation, Syntegon’s gloveless Versynta microBatch flexible working cell is intended for even smaller batches. The setup allows fast batch-to-batch changeovers as well as 100% in-process check weighing.
On June 22-24, Syntegon opens its digital doors at their Crailsheim facility and leads through an exciting program. This includes interesting presentations by external speakers, a live Versynta FFP machine demonstration and an outlook of the Versynta microBatch. Do not miss out!
