The PureVessel series provides modular storage, preparation, treatment, and mixing of liquids.
Suncombe’s PureVessel range of systems are designed for sanitary and sterile liquid storage, preparation, thermal treatment, and mixing in laboratories and research institutes. They have been developed to operate within a hybrid bioprocessing model, wherein a processing facility employs a combination of single-use technologies and stainless-steel multi-use equipment.
Available in capacities from 10 to 300 liters, PureVessels are modular and can be equipped with top entry agitators, bottom mounted magnetic mixers, heating and cooling jackets, spray devices, and instruments, and can be mounted on load cells. The units are constructed from 316 stainless steel and Hastelloy for chlorine resistance.
The series operates with either the Suncombe PureCIP or MobileCIP. To provide a pre-validated clean-in-place/sterilize-in-place cycle, every PureVessel can be “plugged” into the automation system, allowing the CIP/SIP to recognize the PureVessel being cleaned and select the optimum cycle for each vessel. All products are certified for ASME and ISQ/EN standards for processing biopharmaceutical products.
