Fette Tablet Press Designed for High Production
Fette Compacting America FE75 Tablet Press is designed to produce up to 1.6 million tablets per hour.
Fette Compacting America’s FE75 Tablet Press can be equipped with up to 115 punch stations to produce more than 1.6 million tablets per hour. The FE75 features four compression rollers with a control system for direct compression, enabling the machine to operate with two intermediate pressures.
The system measures two square meters, with a double-sided rotary press to allow users to press single- and double-layer tablets and powder. The FE75 includes pneumatically controlled tablet scrapers, conical filling units, tubeless extraction unit, and chassis complete with a two-part frame structure and a pneumatic suspension system.
