GEA Pharma Systems’ Buck MC valves are designed to address powder-handling needs for solid-dosage form production. The valves are GMP compliant and offer a dust- and contamination-free interface, removable hoppers, supplementary extraction for increased safety, and split butterfly valves to facilitate quick and effective product changeover.
Additional features include single level, simple application solutions, and multiple-level, integrated dispensary management systems. Bulk ingredient dispensing includes automated excipient dosing or interfacing with bulk ingredients for high containment. A contained charge vessel allows for the safe transportation of APIs within the plant.
