Using a simple yet effective process, tablet punches are loaded into specially designed fixtures and rotated through a compound of particles to achieve a microfine finish. Encased in stainless steel, the Pharma model offers the benefit of a fully enclosed operational area with a stainless steel hood to contain any dust particles, assisting with cGMP compliance.

The MF Polishers are ideal for use in the tool maintenance room and offer a range of benefits including consistent results every time on dull or discoloured punches; smoother operation and improved efficiency within the tablet press; reduced polishing man-hours; and a decreased risk of over-polishing. Available in two sizes, the MF35 holds up to 36 punches and the MF70 up to 60 punches. All MF polishers are available with easy touch-screen operation in various languages at no extra cost.
