Poroshell 120 HPLC columns give you speed and resolution like a sub-2 μm column with up to 50% less back pressure — usually less than 400 bar. And they have standard frits, so they are more forgiving for dirty samples.

Poroshell 120 column particles have a solid 1.7 µm solid core and a 0.5 µm porous shell for a full particle size of 2.7 µm. They are made by Agilent with a proprietary porous shell process.
