Robotic Dispensing System Assures Repeatability
A robotic dispensing system has an optional vision guided system.
The Dispense Works RP Series robotic dispensing system with an optional vision guided system performs pattern recognition and edge/hole detection for simpler setup and fixturing, while assuring repeatability. The robot takes a picture of the part, does any necessary offsets, and adjusts its program for precise dispensing and part placement.
All motion, vision, and control system software is written in house. Systems are available that meet FDA and cleanroom specifications.
