The Oxoid Air Sampler is a high specification air sampler designed to monitor microbiological air quality in controlled pharmaceutical, clinical and food processing environments, using proven impaction technology that has been used reliably in quality assurance and infection control applications for many years.
This compact and easily portable system, which can be modified to take 90 or 55m plates, is simple to use, with a straightforward keypad menu to lead the user through a variety of preset or user-defined functions, including:
The Oxoid Air Sampler can be operated manually or using an infra-red remote control – ideal for monitoring highly sensitive, closed environments.
For added convenience, it comes with a rechargeable battery, which allows for approximately 5 to 7 hours operation. Air intake of up to 100L/min. ensures efficient sampling and a Pyramid Quality Check system is available for confirming performance on-site. Oxoid Air Samplers can be obtained with heads of aluminium, or stainless steel that can be autoclaved.
