Cardinal Health Names R. Kerry Clark President, CEO, and Director

Cardinal Health, Inc., (Dublin, OH, www.cardinalhealth.com) has appointed R. Kerry Clark as president, chief executive officer, and a member of its board of directors. Clark succeeds company founder Robert D. Walter as chief executive.

Cardinal Health, Inc., (Dublin, OH, www.cardinal.com) has appointed R. Kerry Clark as president, chief executive officer, and a member of its board of directors. Clark succeeds company founder Robert D. Walter as chief executive, who will continue as chairman of the board.

Since 2002, Clark served as vice chairman of the board of The Procter & Gamble Company, where he was responsible for its $20 billion Global Family Health business, including pharmaceuticals and over-the-counter medicines. He acquired strategic, operational, and corporate management experience in leadership positions in North America and Asia during his 32 years with Procter & Gamble.
