Congress
ACHEMA is not just about the exhibition and business meetings. There will also be panel discussions (held in German), plenary sessions and roundtables. A lot of topics will be on offer so it’s best to make use of ACHEMA’s Congress planner tool. Potential topics of interest to pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical professionals include:
Tuesday - Development of pharmaceuticals, biocatalysts, process analytics, sustainable laboratories and more.
Wednesday - Sterile production, Process and quality control, novel bioreactors, single-use systems and the Germany bioindustry.
Thursday - Laboratory automation, continuous manufacturing, cell culture processes, and particle and nanoparticle analysis.
Friday - Downstream bioprocessing, coating and crystallisation, and more.
Excursions
If you’re lucky enough to have a free day on Wednesday then perhaps you’ll consider signing up for an excursion to the Upper Middle Rhine Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Further details
Frankfurt
There’s also a lot to see in Frankfurt and if you’ve never visited before then you should try to take some time to see the city. We’ve compiled a short list of some of the top sites you may want to visit.
Whatever you do at any ACHEMA-related event, let us know how it went by filling out this short survey. We’re looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the innovations you encounter at the event.
