Fluid Bed Agglomerator Offers Controlled Formation
Kason’s Vibro-Bed fluid-bed agglomerator is equipped with imbalanced-weight gyratory motors and mounted on a spring suspension.
Kason’s Vibro-Bed fluid-bed agglomerator is equipped with imbalanced-weight gyratory motors and mounted on a spring suspension. Inherent rigidity of the circular unit allows materials of construction to be downgauged and vibratory motors to be downsized. Caster-mounted frames require only on-site connections to a power source, dust collector, and material inlet/outlet can be preconfigured.
Units are offered in diameters from 460 to 2135 mm, encompassing laboratory to commercial capacity batch and continuous applications. All can also be configured for dedicated powder-coating applications as well as fluid-bed drying, cooling, or moisturizing.
