Tool-less installation ensures a properly installed bonnet for installation in tight spaces. The company reports that the mount and turn design reduce valve maintenance from 23 minutes to three minutes.
The valve helps eliminate the effects of thermal cycling by providing a constant sealing force, according to the company. The device’s diaphragm holds up under the wear of production cycles and maintains a reliable seal, which minimizes the risk of leakage and batch contamination.
