The YDP30 printer from Sartorius automatically performs thermal transfer or direct thermal printing, without the need to change settings, to meet requirements for fade-resistant printout in regulated areas, such as quality-control laboratories. When used in a good laboratory-practice environment or as part of testing-equipment monitoring, the printer can be combined with a Sartorius Cubis premium laboratory balance or with a Sartorius Secura or Quintix standard laboratory balance. The optional Q-app for Cubis balances can print barcodes, two-dimensional codes, or self-adhesive labels that are 58 mm wide and either 30, 76, or 100 mm long.
