Miele has announced that two of its professional laboratory glasswashers, the SlimLine glass washer range and the large chamber lab washer, won design awards at the iF Design Awards. Hosted by the International Forum Design, the event receives more than 6000 entries from 70 countries worldwide, an April 7, 2020 Miele press release said.
The company’s SlimLine range comes equipped with a large load capacity and a compact footprint, while offering three rack levels and ergonomic design for comfortable loading using its customizable accessories. Additionally, the large chamber lab washer has a flush-fitted seven-inch control panel and three-color interior chamber lighting while maintaining the same chamber size as the SlimLine range and using 27% less water.
“Our lab washers are renowned for their performance and reliability, and we are delighted that our two latest product releases have been praised and rewarded for their innovative design, packed with features to make our customers’ lab lives easier,” said Nadine Bellamy-Thomas, national account manager Medical and Decontamination at Miele, in the press release.
