Steriline new triple filler: a striking complete filling solution to process vials, cartridges and syringes on a single machine.
A Vial, Cartridge and Syringe Filler ALL-IN-ONE!Sterilinehas developed this breakthrough in technology in a small footprint, which is fully compliant with GAMP, cGMP regulations and the latest FDA requirements. This complete filling solution is designed to achieve flexibility for multipurpose filling under aseptic conditions. The range of application is biological lab's, contract research organizations, R&D lab's and product development.
Users can now handle all their components on a single machine in a single room, thus resulting in a reduction in capital cost as well as validation and operational costs. This filling machine has all the controls for no-container, no-fill, reject of any container with missing stopper, missing alu-cap or wrong fill volume. It includes a user friendly touch screen HMI to provide seamless interface between the operator and the PLC. Transportation of the containers is by means of belted grippers, which are a precise fit to the diameter of the container.
Conversion from one format to another is quick and simple, typically under 30 minutes.
