Syringe Pump for Continuous Flow Chemical Processing
The Titan Syringe Pump from Syrris is a continuous flow chemical processing module suitable for lab-, pilot-, and production-scale applications.
The Titan Syringe Pump from Syrris is a continuous flow chemical processing module suitable for lab-, pilot-, and production-scale applications. The pump is chemically-resistant and combines drive motors, valve design, and software control to deliver flow rates from 1 to 250 mL/min.
The pump, designed for reliable scale-up, operates at pressures up to 20 bar and viscosities up to 1000 cP, delivering precisely controlled flow rates for extended periods. The pump contains removable cassettes that allow straightforward serving of syringes and enable seals to be rapidly changed with minimal tools required. A built-in backwash feature prolongs seal lifetime and maintains the cleanliness of pistons and cylinders, which also helps to prevent degradation of air-sensitive chemicals and protect users. The Titan Syringe Pump can be controlled manually via the Titan Remote Display touch screen or fully automated through PC software, and it is compatible with a wide range of chemical reaction systems.
