Herma’s 152E Wraparound Bottle Labeler eases integration of print and vision systems.
The Herma 152E Wraparound Bottle Labeler codes, verifies, and applies labels to bottles at up to 150 products per minute. Featuring the same heavy-duty label applicator platform as Herma’s premium Master (M) series, the 152E allows simple installation of printers and vision systems. The module can handle substrate diameters from ½-in to 4-in, and can be fitted with either an Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC controller, depending on customer preference.
At INTERPHEX, the machine will be featured at OCS Checkweigher’s Serialization Competence Center, which will demonstrate track-and-trace applications at line level and up, providing a picture of the five serialization levels required for full compliance.
