XDF (eXtended Dwell Flat) is a unique patented elliptical head from which has been designed to increase time on existing presses without the need for expensive modifications.
Do you want to increase dwell time by 50%?
XDF (eXtended Dwell Flat) is a unique patented elliptical head from which has been designed to increase time on existing presses without the need for expensive modifications. It allows more dwell time than a D type punch on a B-type tool which helps solves compression problems without upsizing punches or investigating in a new press.
XDF runs on standard cams, giving users higher press speeds with challenging products and formulations. It also enhances tablet compaction/cohesion and can increase dwell by up to 50% over a standard punch head.
Benefits include:
I Holland have been developing the science behind tablet compression tooling for more than six decades of research.
