Advanced Five-Laser Flow Cytometer
Cytek Biosciences’ Cytek Aurora advanced flow cytometry system uses five lasers to enable seeing more than 30 colors from a single sample.
The latest version of the Cytek Aurora advanced flow cytometry system from Cytek Biosciences, a flow cytometry instrumentation provider, is available with five lasers to enable seeing more than 30 colors from a single sample.
According to the company, the system provides ease of use, design flexibility in experiments, and high-quality data. Going beyond 30 colors opens the door to simplified workflows and access to a larger choice of dyes and specificities for applications that require deep profiling of cell populations in a single sample, as stated by the company.
Key features include:
- No changing of optical filters
- Use of any fluorochromes excited by the onboard lasers
- Sensitivity redefined by advanced technologies
- Efficient resolution of dim and rare populations
The company showcased the system at the CYTO 2019 Congress on June 22–26, 2019 in Vancouver, Canada.
