CTS Bioprocessing Acquires Sani-Tech West Companies and Rebrands as SaniSure

The companies will work to establish an operational footprint across North America and Europe that will offer customers supply chain assurance for a combined portfolio of leading solutions.

CTS Bioprocessing, a single-use bioprocessing technology company, announced on August 11, 2020 that it is acquiring Sani-Tech West Companies and rebranding from CTS Bioprocessing to SaniSure.

According to a CTS press release, the companies will work to establish an operational footprint across North America and Europe that will offer customers supply chain assurance for a combined portfolio of leading solutions, supported by a leading network of global distribution partners. The new company will provide solutions for fluid path technologies, including PharmaTainer bottles and carboys, Cap2v8 solutions, aSURE fittings, Bio-Ease clamps, Mixed4Sure closed Carboy Mixing systems, Gama stable stir bars, and a range of silicone tubing and other elastomeric solutions.

“We are excited to work with 3i and the CTS team,” said Richard Shor, founder and CEO of Sani-Tech West, in the press release. “We have a shared vision for the future, which was critical to our decision to join the group. Together, our expanded portfolio of innovative product offerings, extensive design and manufacturing capabilities, and our broadened geographic footprint will help us to become an even stronger partner to our customers.”
