VersaMix Multi-Shaft Mixers from Ross utilize a proprietary powder induction feature for charging of thickeners to produce high-quality gels, creams, and pastes. The mixer comes equipped with a three-winged anchor, a high-speed disperser blade that provides combinations of shear and bulk flow at various stages of the mixing cycle, and a rotor/stator emulsifying head that highlights the Solids/Liquid Injection Manifold (SLIM) Technology for sub-surface raw material additions.

Available in laboratory and productions sizes up to 2000 gallons, the mixer features lubricant-free shaft seals, an 11-inch touch screen, and a recipe system for batching based on speed, time, temperature, and vacuum level.
