Recipharm Completes China-Focused Serialization Project

CDMO Recipharm announced that it is ready for serialization following the completion of a complex serialization project for China on behalf of one of its customers. China’s new serialization legislation offers zero flexibility. Chinese regulators require full compliance and strict importation deadlines have been enforced.

Recipharm has developed a solution to ensure compliance with China’s serialization regulations and has supplied 57 serialized batches since February 2014. A new technology was applied to ensure that each individual box has its own one-dimensional barcode and unique serial number.
