Compact, easy to set-up and easy to clean this machine is all you need from early research until clinical batch production. This new integrated research press starts fully instrumented with a single layer version and an analytical software package; and is upgradable to multilayer.Tab-in-Tab and full automated research as well as a full production software with weight regulation; stearate spraying option is available.

For early research, a unique force driven mode runs the press with a target density in mind, or an extended dwell time allows studies of the powder characteristics under stress. A fully automatic mode allows this compression robot to explore your design space and generate tablets while the appropriate reporting is being produced automatically, using a minimum of powder.

For scale-up and production support, this machine can simulate classic large scale production presses (Kilian Synthesis 500/700 or other brands) but as well special presses like the IMA Comprima. The tablets from your small clinical batch will now replicate exactly the production batch you will launch in the future.

STYL’One Evolution comes with 30 or 50KN maximum force, pre & main compression, force and displacement measurements on upper/lower punches, gravity or paddle feeders, standard Euro or TSM tools. The dwell time ranges from +/-2ms to +2 sec.! The maximum tablet output is 1200 tab/hour.
