Syringe Filling and Assembly System

TurboFil Packaging Machines introduced the SimpliFil Syringe Filling & Assembly System for the automated production of syringe formats. Suitable for small to medium batches, the new system can fill up to 36 syringes per minute while accommodating syringes with tips for press-on caps, luer caps, and safety caps for oral syringes.

The machine comes equipped with a walking beam indexing configuration for recipe-based changeover, an optional labeler to wrap syringes with pre-printed labels, an automatic syringe loading system, and a volume and vision system. Additionally, the system features a CompactLogix PLC, a 7-inch color touchscreen HMI, which can store recipes for streamlined repeatability.
