BioReliance Opens Clearance Services Laboratories in US

BioReliance opens Clearance Services Laboratories in Maryland for downstream bioprocessing studies.

, SAFC’s biologics and early-development services business, has opened a Clearance Services facility in Rockville, MD.
This facility, commissioned on Aug. 1, 2013, doubles the amount of space available to clients to conduct downstream bioprocessing studies.
The Rockville facility features four clearance suites with modular layouts that allow for customized laboratory setups. The investment completes BioReliance’s global facility upgrade plan. The Stirling, Scotland, Clearance Services laboratories were renovated and expanded in 2011.
