MG America's ACE-BT300 Coding and Verification Unit provides track-and-trace capabilities for bottles.
MG America's ACE-BT300 Coding and Verification Unit is an integrated system for bottle serialization. The machine, which can provide track-and-trace capabilities down to the unit-level, can handle round, square, and rectangular bottles at a maximum speed of 300 per minute. Bottle coding can be performed either bottom-up or down. The machine offers single-point adjustment for complete format changeovers, and bottle rejection is performed using a linear motor-driven shaft.
