Double Rotary Tablet Press

Korsch introduced the XT 600 HD Double Rotary Tablet Press, a tablet press intended for technical and chemical products with large formats, deeper filling depths, and higher compression forces.

The tablet press is equipped with a punch lubrication system and optimized dust extraction for continuous operation and 24/7 efficiency. Precompression and main compression columns provide 120 kN of compression force. The press also features a depth capability of 40 mm, a maximum tablet diameter of 35 mm, and a conversion kit for bi-layer products to allow precise layer weight control and separation.

Turret options are 65 stations (19-mm max. tablet diameter), 53 stations (25-mm max. tablet diameter), and 39 stations (35-mm max. tablet diameter). The tablet press includes a 19-inch touchscreen and a press force control system for automatic tablet weight control and the capability to run unattended.
