Opening Hours: Monday 18 June - Friday 22 June, 9.00–18.00
Five days may seem like a long time for a trade show, but you may in fact find yourself struggling to fit everything into your trip. ACHEMA’s congress programme includes more than 900 lectures from across the process industries!
To help you plan your time effectively, we recommend that you make use of the Congress Planner on the ACHEMA website.
You can also view the complete list of topics here, which provides easy access to all the sessions you may find of interest, whether you work in pharmaceutical production, biotechnology or any other process industry.
An ACHEMA App is available that can provide you with all the information you need during the show, including all exhibitors’ hall and stand numbers, interactive hall plans, speakers’ programme and more.

The PTE team have visited ACHEMA on several occasions. Our advice: make sure you have a good pair of shoes because this trade show is enormous! Germany can also get quite hot in June so you may want to bear this in mind when packing your suitcase. It’s also a good idea to have a bottle of water with you, particularly as you don’t always have time between business meetings to stop for a cup of coffee.
The last ACHEMA show, held in 2009, saw 3767 exhibitors and more than 173000 participants. This year’s show is expected to be even bigger! The fastest growing exhibition groups are measurement, control and automation, and pharmaceutical, packaging and storage techniques.
The PTE team will be in Hall 3.1, Stand J25. Don’t forget to come and say hello and let us know your thoughts about the magazine!
