PTI Inspection System’s VeriPac 310 leak detection and package integrity testing system reduces waste and provides the user with a clear evaluation of package integrity. The system can test in any sequence and can perform repeated tests on a single package. The system uses American Society for Testing and Materials vacuum decay leak test method F2338-09, measures seal integrity of the entire package, and can detect defects down to 20 microns.
The operator interface uses touch screen technology and has test parameter storage of up to 30 products. Up to 300 test results can be displayed on the touch screen with unlimited storage via electronic data and data transfer through Ethernet cable or SD card. The stainless steel instrument enclosure features tester dimensions of 12” W, 18.5” D, and 10” H.
