The Qualicaps HICAPSEAL S-100

Qualicaps HICAPSEAL® S-100 is a capsule sealing machine that ensures a leak-proof, hermetic seal of cap to body. Ideal for sealing gelatin and hypromellose capsules, HICAPSEAL equipment is commercially-accepted and proven technology. The S-100 places double band seal, which ensures air bubbles or unevenness in the first band, will be eliminated by the second application. The S-100 can seal 100,000 capsules per hour.
