ROSS Ribbon Blenders, available in lab scale to full production models, offer efficient and effective mixing of powders, granules, pellets, grains, and other bulk solids. These blenders are built to handle a wide range of bulk densities and can be customized for heavy-duty and sanitary applications. The ROSS Model 42N-10 has a working capacity of 10 ft3 and is designed for free-flowing materials with bulk densities up to 100 lbs/ft3. It has a double ribbon agitator powered by a 10-horsepower totally enclosed fan cooled motor. The 42N-10 features a solid stainless-steel type 304 shaft with heavy-duty ribbon support arms. The machine includes a bag dump/powder filling station that can be customized to the end user’s preference and a 6” tube vent port that attaches to a dust collection system. The base legs offer 56” of clearance that allows for elevated product discharge at the bottom center of the trough.
