Sparta Podcast: Enterprise Level Change Control

Enterprise Level Change Control

Despite the many economic, productivity and risk-reduction benefits associated with viable and effective change control programs, the vast and complex nature of change control procedures has caused many companies to struggle with implementing a global change management system. These disconnected, primitive mechanisms can lead to duplicate data/effort, input errors, inconsistencies and delays. This podcast will discuss how an organization can streamline and automate their change control process.
