Steritest Symbio Pumps Increase Productivity
EMD Millipore's Steritest Symbio Pumps are designed to create more reliable sterility testing in laminar flow hoods, isolators, and clean rooms.
EMD Millipore’s Steritest Symbio Pumps are designed to create more reliable sterility testing in laminar flow hoods, isolators, and clean rooms. Designed to address pharmaceutical testing requirements, the ergonomic pumps feature a compact housing design for easier access in laminar flow hoods, more compatibility with vertical and horizontal air flows, increased working space, an increased loading capacity in isolators, a drain tray designed to minimize splashing under the canister base, and adjustable positioning of the bottle holder.
The gas decontamination-resistant pump head allows quick introduction of filtration units, and the automatic closure provides repeatable tubing placement. The pumps are equipped with a timer function that allows small volumes to be accurately sampled, and the test methods library stores up to 250 filtration protocols ensuring reproducibility and efficiency.
