The new line of Defined Tubing Routing (DTR) from High Purity New England is a flexible tubing support system for single-use biopharmaceutical manufacturing. The system is available in a 2.9 m length that fits a variety of clips and standard tubing sizes from 6 mm–19 mm.
DTR works to hold silicon tubing securely while eliminating and preventing dips in unsupported pressurized lines. It comes with color-coded rigid supports for visual identification of tube connections, and clips and routes that mount to brackets for support. The portable mounting panels can be formulated to get tubing off the floor without damaging cleanroom walls.
