Amphenol Introduces New Advanced Validation System

The new Kaye Validator AVS combines accurate sensor measurements with all GMP requirements for calibration and traceability.

 

Amphenol Advanced Sensors, a developer of advanced sensing technologies and embedded measurement solutions, has launched a new advanced validation System, the Kaye Validator AVS (Advanced Validation System).

The new system combines accurate sensor measurements with all GMP requirements for calibration and traceability. Its robust industrial design ensures data safety. According to the company, the Kaye Validator AVS improves data handling and management, without compromising compliance, and offers high level for data security and data redundancy. It comes with an expanded sensor capacity of up to 48 inputs with improved sensor connectivity called “quick fix and lock.”

The AVS console will be the common platform for all validation products. The intuitive metro-style user interface allows easy data management, dedicated for validation tasks only. Users do not have to worry about operating systems or conflicts with IT. The software is preloaded with a customized interface for validation equipment, hence, simplifying the validation process.

“With our integrated validation system and improved data management concept, the Kaye Validator AVS saves time and money by simplifying the entire validation process and combines high precise data collection with an easy-to-handle data management platform” commented Frank Kies, global business unit director, Amphenol, in a press statement.
