CSafe Global Opens New Service Center

The new technical service center at the Memphis International Airport will service inbound and outbound traffic for the company’s CSafe RKN and CSafe RAP active container systems.

CSafe Global, a Dayton, OH-based container solutions company focused on transporting pharmaceuticals, announced it is opening a new technical service center at the Memphis International Airport (MEM) in Memphis, TN, on Dec. 5, 2019.

According to a company press release, the newly operational station services inbound and outbound traffic for the company’s CSafe RKN and CSafe RAP active container systems. Each container is put through a preventative maintenance rebuild program before entering the service station to ensure optimal operational performance.

“Continuing CSafe’s passion and commitment to best serve our customers, the new MEM service center is among an expanding roster of worldwide facilities dedicated to providing high quality technical support and effortless customer interaction to meet the ever-increasing demand for our active containers,” said Tom Weir, vice president of Global Operations for CSafe Global, in the press release. “We are certainly proud of the new site and our ability to keep temperatures precisely where they need to be for shipments of life-saving pharmaceutical products.”
