FUJIFILM Diosynth Begins Work on Bioprocess Innovation Center
The new facility will feature new research and development capabilities.
FUJIFILM Diosynth announced on Jan. 13, 2015 that the company is opening a new facility in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. The new location, called the Bioprocess Innovation Center, will offers clients services in process invention and process and product characterization for its clients, according to a press release.
"The construction of this building reflects the continued commitment of our organization to provide our clients with the infrastructure to efficiently and innovatively bring their products to the clinic and beyond for the benefit of their patients," said Steve Bagshaw, CEO, FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies.
The three-story, 62,000-square-foot facility has an expected completion date in the fourth quarter of 2015.
