Kason’s K-Series screen replacement program for round vibratory screeners decreases downtime and cost and offers screens designed for any make or model of screener. The screens are offered in diameters from 18-100 inches, with exact screen replacements to ensure accuracy and reliability. Five screens make up the series: the K-Dura designed for general applications; the K-Strong designed for high material loadings; the K-Sani for 3A, FDA, USDA, and cGMP applications; the K-Klean for self-cleaning; and the K-Perf, which are perforated plate “screens” designed for maximum durability.

Options include weld-mounted, epoxy-mounted, screens with or without center holes, meshes from 2-500 inches, 304 stainless steel, 316 corrosion-resistant stainless steel, magnetic 430 stainless steel, exotic alloys and synthetics (Nylon, polyester, and polypropylene), and single- or double-mesh design.
