Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group added a new actuator suitable for applications where reduced weight is a concern.
Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group added a new GMP-compliant actuator to its AKS Actuator series for ASEPCO Weirless Radial diaphragm in-line-valves. The lightweight actuator is suited for applications where reduced weight is a concern.
The actuator design combines a plastic body with a stainless-steel diaphragm interface and requires fewer brackets or ancillaries for installation, according to the company.Each component has laser-etched serial numbers for full traceability and carries a three-year warranty.
