Natoli Engineering Enters Encapsulation Machine Replacement Parts Market

Natoli acquired Carlisle Precision Machining, which supplies replacement parts for encapsulation equipment.

Tablet-press and tooling manufacturer Natoli Engineering Company, headquartered in Missouri, acquired Carlisle Precision Machining (CPM) of Nampa, Idaho, Natoli announced on March 27, 2018. CPM supplies aftermarket change and spare parts for many brands of Bosch-type encapsulation machines used in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries. As a subsidiary of Natoli Engineering Company, the organization has been renamed Carlisle Precision Encapsulation Parts. Natoli Engineering Company has several other divisions, including Natoli Replacement Parts, Turrets, & Accessories, which manufactures tablet-press replacement parts.

Encapsulation spare parts from Carlisle include dosing disks, segments, alignment pins, sorting blocks, and magazine assemblies. In addition to an expanded refurbishment service for many brands of encapsulation machines, Carlisle makes custom encapsulation machine parts that can be engineered to a customer’s exact specifications. Carlisle Precision Encapsulation Parts also offers training and consulting services.
