Optel Vision Launches New Line of Preconfigured Serialization Products

Known as the Fast Series, the company’s new line of preconfigured track-and-trace products are designed to help pharmaceutical companies comply with serialization requirements fast.

Optel Vision, supplier of inspection and serialization systems for the pharmaceutical industry, has launched a new line of preconfigured track-and-trace products, known as the Fast Series, which are specially designed to help pharmaceutical manufacturers comply with regulatory requirements imposed by the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) in the United States and the Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD) in Europe within a short space of time. Products can be delivered in six weeks, according to Optel Vision.

The Fast Series units have been developed to accommodate various product sizes, speeds, and print locations for optimal productivity and versatility. Each unit features a simple and convenient user interface with clear operational instructions and, combined with the Open SiteMaster software solution, manufacturers can control the entire serialization and aggregation process. Fast Series also comes with scalability and flexibility opportunities for clients’ future serialization expansion.
