Recipharm Delivers Serialization Solutions for Abbott in Korea

CDMO, Recipharm has completed a serialization project in Korea for its customer, Abbott. The project started in April 2014. 

According to Recipharm, its serialization solutions meet customer and market requirements, such as the production of data matrix codes and serial numbers. The CDMO’s applied its internationally adaptable solution to ensure full compliance with complex registrations and serialization regulations in Korea.

The manufacture of validation batches has begun, with release and shipping to Korea expected in mid-March 2015. Recipharm stated in a press release that cost was kept to a minimum for this serialization project and full implementation was achieved. Recipharm is expecting to roll out further projects during the year.
