Steriline is an expanding European manufacturer founded in the Lake Como area in 1989, highly specialized in the production of complete lines for the aseptic processing of injectable products, supplying pharmaceutical companies worldwide.

STERILINE is proud to introduce its new Robotic Vial Filling and Capping Machine for injectable products fully under in-house engineered and manufactured Isolators integrated with the latest VHP technology.

The machine was designed and manufactured jointly with the German pharmaceutical company AqVida.

The key features are:

  • 3 VHP resistant robotic arms from STÄUBLI Robotics based in Switzerland

  • Peristaltic pumps actuated by servomotors, that allow precise filling and easy adjustment of the pumps by means of the HMI

  • “No loss / zero waste philosophy” resulting in all missing stoppers / caps being collected and re-applied during the process

  • 100% in-line Check Weighing System integrated in the filling station

  • The vials range that can be treated goes from 2ml to 100ml, without changing any format parts, with an estimated output of approx. 6.000 vials/h satisfying at the best the customer requirements in terms of flexibility on the one hand and efficiency on the other

The line is installed in the new AqVida plant in Dassow.
